LANCÔME Moisturizer Review

**This is a sponsored post, however all thoughts are my own.**

Health and wellness. This term seems to be thrown around a lot lately, especially during the summer months. We want to fit into that bikini or look like the person on the latest issue of the fitness magazine; and you know what? I find myself thinking those exact things.

When I turned 30 (in January) I promised myself that I was going to be in the best shape of my life. (Well, I actually made that promise 6 months prior, but who is really tracking that anyway?) January, February, March...nothing was changing. At the end of April I had had it. No more excuses. I made the decision to workout being a clean eating regime. (More on that later).

I am 30 now. It's time to start loving myself and my curves. It's time to stop comparing myself to others and it is time to live a clean and healthy life, in every aspect. Here were go!

First up, skin care.

I am constantly on the lookout for the best face wash and toner (if you have recommendations, shoot them by way) as well as moisturizers. I wear very little makeup and because of that I like my skin to be clear and relatively even colored. (Is that a thing?) I was in Hawaii when Influenster shipped me LANCÔMEs Hydra Zen Anti-Stress Gel Moisturizer and Tonique Confort Re-Hydrating Comforting Toner with Acacia Honey. It was just in time too because I had just run out of my staple, from Mario Badescu.

I have used them both for a few weeks now I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. The rose scent is subtle and calming, and my face seems to say moisturized for the entire day without feeling greasy. Both the toner and the moisturizer are cooling as well, which is a huge plus in this 100+ degree heat!

Both retailing at $48 each I would say they are on the more expensive side of moisturizers. I have used better and I have used worse, however LANCÔME has never made a bad product (at least that I have used) so if you are used to paying that amount for moisturizers, I would say it is worth consideration.

Do you use LANCÔME products or have you in the past? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
